This website is operated by Creatisphere Studios LLC, a limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia ("Creatisphere," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit creatispherestudios.com or apply to join our creative collaboration network.

When you submit our application form, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, phone number, email address, birthday, a description of your creative work, and your Instagram link. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or automated tracking on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Review and process your application to join the Creatisphere collaboration network
• Contact you about the status of your application
• With your consent, send you emails and, where applicable, text messages about events, opportunities, and community updates

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email marketing platform, an automation tool that connects our form to that platform, and, if you opt in, an SMS provider for text updates. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service for us.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing creatispherestudios@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions included in those messages.

Children's Privacy

Creatisphere is not directed at children, and applicants must be 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Our site links out to third-party services including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Eventbrite. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
