These Terms of Service govern your use of creatispherestudios.com and any application to join the Creatisphere collaboration network, operated by Creatisphere Studios LLC ("Creatisphere," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Atlanta, Georgia. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to the Creatisphere collaboration network. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Creatisphere is a creative collaboration platform connecting artists, musicians, photographers, videographers, models, designers, influencers, and other creatives. We provide a directory, community content, events, workshops, and consulting resources. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the network, and acceptance does not guarantee any specific opportunity, collaboration, exposure, or income.
All applications are reviewed at Creatisphere's discretion. We may approve, decline, or request more information from any applicant. We may also remove a member from the network at our discretion, including for conduct that is disrespectful, dishonest, or harmful to other members of the community.
By participating in the Creatisphere community, you agree to treat other members professionally and respectfully, and not to misuse contact information you obtain through the network for unrelated solicitation, harassment, or spam.
You retain ownership of any bio, portfolio links, or other content you submit to us. By submitting it, you grant Creatisphere a non-exclusive license to display that content on our website and community channels for the purpose of operating the platform.
Our site links to third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Eventbrite for events. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third-party services.
Creatisphere is not responsible for the outcome of any collaboration, introduction, or interaction between members that occurs as a result of using our platform. The site and network are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatisphere disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the community.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
