This website is operated by Creatisphere Studios LLC, a limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia ("Creatisphere," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit creatispherestudios.com or apply to join our community.
When you submit our Get Connected With a Specialist form, we collect the services you select, the type of project, your description of it, your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and website or social media link, and, if you choose to provide it, your business or organization name. When you submit our Join the Community form, we collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number, along with your marketing consent choices. When you send a message through our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or automated tracking on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email marketing platform, an automation tool that connects our form to that platform, and, if you opt in, an SMS provider for text updates. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service for us.
We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing creatispherestudios@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions included in those messages.
Creatisphere is not directed at children, and applicants must be 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Our site links out to third party services including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Eventbrite. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
