These Terms of Service govern your use of creatispherestudios.com and any application to join the Creatisphere community, operated by Creatisphere Studios LLC ("Creatisphere," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Atlanta, Georgia. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to the Creatisphere community. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Creatisphere is a creative business consulting practice with a community built around it, for creatives, meaning anyone building a business. We provide consulting, workshops, a digital magazine, and community events and outreach. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the community, and acceptance does not guarantee any specific opportunity, exposure, or income.
All applications are reviewed at Creatisphere's discretion. We may approve, decline, or request more information from any applicant. We may also remove a member from the community at our discretion, including for conduct that is disrespectful, dishonest, or harmful to other members of the community.
By participating in the Creatisphere community, you agree to treat other members professionally and respectfully, and not to misuse contact information you obtain through the community for unrelated solicitation, harassment, or spam.
You retain ownership of any bio, business links, or other content you submit to us. By submitting it, you grant Creatisphere a nonexclusive license to display that content on our website and community channels for the purpose of operating our consulting practice and community.
Our site links to third party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Eventbrite for events. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third party services.
Creatisphere is not responsible for the outcome of any consulting engagement, introduction, or interaction between members that occurs as a result of using our services. The site and community are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatisphere disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the community.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
